All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.
Before we can ship a firearm, you or your dealer must provide us with a copy of their valid FFL. Their FFL can be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 1-844-553-1123. The customer's name or order number MUST be referenced in the email or on the fax, otherwise we will have no way of knowing it is for your order.
Shipping costs are a flat rate unless specified otherwise in a product listing. All items will ship via UPS or USPS, tracking information is provided via email for all shipments. Once an item has departed our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier to provide updated tracking information. Please understand that any delivery information provided by our representatives is only an estimate, not a guarantee. All inquiries regarding delayed delivery times must be addressed with the carrier. Shipping refunds will only be provided for delayed shipping that is the sole responsibility of ECAA.
Orders will only be accepted from US Residents of the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. Our FFL Class does not allow for the export of firearms, therefore we cannot ship outside of the US. Due to several other constraints we will not ship any product outside of the US.
