This item is a CLASS III Firearm and must be shipped to an FFL Dealer with an SOT in your state. Normally this item will ship within a week to 10 days of receiving your dealer's FFL & SOT information after the Form 3 dealer to dealer transfer is approved. Upon receiving the firearm at the dealer you will be required to file a Form 4 for with the ATF and pay a $200 tax stamp. This firearm was originally shipped as a pistol but is now a registered SBR in stock and ready to be purchased!

Because this is now a registered SBR the brace and included stock can be used interchangeably.

The MINI FIX by Q, if it's not obvious already, is the Mini Action version of The Fix in a more compact form. The mini FIX has a smaller receiver and bolt assembly, accepts M4 magazines, has a a smaller bolt assembly, and is offered in 300 BLK.
